Understand when, what and how to nourish yourself each morning. 

These key practices drawn from the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga invite the mind, body, soul into union as we begin our day.  Intentionally serving our whole self as we prep for the activities of the day ahead.

I am an Ayurveda Health Counsellor, Yoga Therapist, and Wellness Educator. For the last 14 years I have been teaching people how to use Yoga and Ayurveda to heal, grow and create the lives that they want.  

Ayurveda is the oldest Health Care system in the world. Unlike the current system which often feels like Sick Care, Ayurveda asks us to take full responsibility for our health with preventative daily actions that serve to balance, nourish, cleanse and heal our body, mind, and soul on a regular basis.  

As we learn to apply Ayurveda we embark on a healing journey that gives us back our power, passion, and fulfillment.

Create a powerful morning routine. It wont be perfect, but it will create a ripple effect into your day that can not be contested.  I will draw out from you the steps that you are ready to take that will have the biggest impact on the sense of fulfillment and well-being that you get from each day.

Each day an email will be delivered that will support the intentional design of your day. Included is a workbook with journal pages to help you engage your edge. 

Nature models that things are always changing, slowly and steadily. That from day to day, season to season we modify for the needs of the moment.  If we draw from this intelligence we can apply the same slow steady process to our needs. We learn to listen to what those needs are, to honour them, and respond with love.

These 5 days will let you drop into this process with lessons on circadian rhythm, seasonal shifts, the power of the morning, and show you the variety of morning routines developed by members of my group to suit their own needs.
